  • While the free authoring tools in our Services section provide all the multimedia tools needed to create dynamic, engaging and interactive course content, fee-based Professional Course Development Services are available to you at anytime. Click here and mouseover the Services tab to learn more.
  • It is the responsibility of the plan licensee to renew their Plan annually and prior to the expiration date, and/or notify students of the expiration date and their intent not to re-license the course space.
  • IMPORTANT: We do not refund student enrollment fees unless the course is offered by the NBLC. All fees and refunds are the responsibility of the plan licensee.
