The former Chief of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians will be laid to rest
Monday morning.

Chief Phillip Martin was admitted to a Jackson hospital on Monday and was still
there Tuesday morning, a close friend of the family told The Neshoba Democrat
this morning.
