A former Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma official was sentenced Tuesday to three years in prison
for embezzling more than $100,000.
Roy Dean Bullcoming did not express any remorse for his actions,
claiming he only tried to help people while he was a member of the tribes'
business committee.
