Course Objectives
|
The Train the Trainer (T3) program is an innovative virtual training program for
new and experienced trainers. Our virtual Train the Trainer course will teach
you how to instruct others. This informative course is designed for
professionals and focuses on learning styles, instructional strategies,
motivation techniques, time management, classroom strategies, and instructional
media. Your enrollment includes several customizable tools that can be used to
deliver custom trainings. These include templates for writing and organizing
your own content and creating participant workbooks. You will also learn how to
create a detailed training plan and design either a web-based or instructor led
course on a topic of your choice! Participants submit their finished project and
may be chosen to host it in our learning management system (LMS) to show
potential employers or to sell it to others! The course is completed at your
own pace and on successful completion each participant receives a NativeBiz Learning Center Train the Trainer certification.
